We accept and bill for auto and workers compensation (L & I) as well as most major medical.  To verify benefits for major medical, full name, date of birth, plan name, ID number, and any phone number for providers on your card will be needed. If you would prefer to check your coverage yourself, questions you will need answered are:

Does it cover massage therapy by an independent massage therapist? (Some only cover massage performed in a physical therapy or chiropractic office)

Do you have a deductible (has it been met?)   What is your co-pay?   How many sessions per year?   Do you need a prescription?   Am I a provider?
