Medical Massage Therapy- Requires a physicians prescription, may include Myofascial Release, neuromuscular therapy, deep tissue, positinal release, vibration. Medical therapy rates are based on Medicodes UCR (usual, reasonable and customary) fees for each treatment. Includes insurance billing, physician and attorney communication as needed.
